Akshay Kumar’s Padman has Sonam Kapoor, Radhika Apte

Actor Akshay Kumar might be busy with Bollywood itinerary but he has signed a yet another film titled Padman. It is said to be a biopic of Arunachalam Muruganantham, the inventor of the low-cost sanitary pad making the machine. Arunachalam has been appreciated for innovated grass-root mechanism for bringing the awareness about traditional unhygienic practices around menstruation in villages.
Earlier actor Akshay Kumar posted about the movie on social media; however, the release date of the movie has not yet been announced. Now, latest reports say that Sonam Kapoor and Radhika Apte have been roped in to play the female leads.
Akshay Kumar’s inclination of working on biopic has led to finding another interesting story which has enough ingredients to amuse film buffs. This high budget flick is being produced by Akshay’s wife Twinkle Khanna. Currently, Akshay is the busy shooting of his forthcoming film Jolly LLB 2 and is seen portraying the role of lawyer for the first time in his film career.
More details of the film yet to be announced by makers.
