DMK Chief Karunanidhi Stable

Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) party chief Karunanidhi, who was admitted to private hospital in Chennai of cold and indigestion on Friday, underwent tracheotomy procedure.
According to reports, Karunanidhi who was admitted to Kauvery Hospital Thursday night with breathing difficulty as well as throat and lung infection is treated by a team of doctors.
They have given his health status report that He is stable and responding to antibiotics. The doctors have advised the DMK chief to take rest and asked to avoid meeting people in a bid to contract any infection.
The drug-induced allergy virtually made the DMK Chief out of the public activities for the past one month.
