Bollywood director Madhur Bhandarkar who prepared a bound script based on the real incidents and touted to be political satire has started its shooting today. We earlier reported that Neil Nitin Mukesh is seen playing as a Sanjay Gandhi in this movie. It has been titled as Indu Sarkar.

The director has recreated the Delhi of the Mid-70s at NS Studios, Karjat, for the shoot. Kirti Kulkarni has been roped in to play the crucial role in this political satire and the main theme of the film is the backdrop of the 21-month Emergency period that was declared by the late Prime Minister Indira Gandhi in 1975.

The fashion movie director is trying something new with this film and we need to wait and see.
