Small chunks of this desi cheese commonly called as paneer is mixed into a batter of rich condiments, grilled in a tandoor and served hot accompanied with a lip smacking pudina chutney.

Paneer Tikka is basically a Punjabi Cuisine dish to be linked with food from the Punjab region of India and Pakistan. It has a great affluent and traditional taste in the distinctive ways of cooking. One famous form is the tandoori style, a trendy culinary approach in several parts of India, UK, Canada and the rest of the world.

Preparation method of Paneer Tikkas
A sweet, spicy and simple recipe for the preparation of the most lovable and all time snack paneer tikka
At first dry roast and coarsely ground the cumin, coriander seeds, brown, green cardamoms, cloves, black pepper, star anise and shahi jeera in a strong mortar and pestle. Then take a bowl to add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chilli, coriander Kashmiri chilli powders, salt to taste and refined oil. Lastly include finely chopped coriander and mint leaves along with lime, amchur, chaat masala, green chilli, whisked yoghurt and green masala. Finally mix all the components together.
The Grilling Process for Paneer Tikkas
Lay the small paneer cubes in a tray along with julienne onion, capsicum, tomatoes and the spices into the flat vessel to marinate the paneer well. Now gently pierce the paneer tikkas on a skewer to refrigerate them for 45 minutes. After the paneer wedges are cooled, get them out to grill them in oil till golden brown. Serve hot with a tangy imli or mint chutney, anything that savours the palate of a foodie.
