PUNE: Actress and producer Pooja Mishra approached to the Lashkar police station, Pune for registering a petition against the renowned Google search engine and YouTube for sharing her lucid snapshots and videos on their sites. Pooja’s lawsuit has been responded by the local court which will soon initiate its hearing.
POOJA MISHRA'S APPLICATION:
The 28-year-old actor had placed her acrimonious remarks on a couple of video links which had not projected her in the right manner.
Pooja’s lawyer Wajid Sheikh had seriously objected on the disgusting video footage that was captured in the local superstores in Pune. The tapes actually revealed some of the obnoxious positions including her privy.
Pooja along with her lawyers had sought a compensation amount of Rs 25 crore for damaging her reputation and modesty publicly.
The complainant’s uncomfortable video was over-watched by thousands of online viewers on Google and YouTube that must had approximately fetched handsome earnings of over Rs 2.80 in crores.
