US Hits On Top Indian IT Firms

United State office blames it on the top Indian IT industries namely Tata Consultancies TCS, Infosys and Cognizant for unfairly cornering the lion’s share of H1-B visas and violation of its norms.

As per the White house rundown last week the 3 big giants of India have flooded the system with 100s visa applications, in order to double their chances of success in the new merit-based immigration policy. These 3 companies have an average pay scale for the H1-B applicants that range between USD 60,000 and 65,000 annually. Hence comparatively the normal Silicon Valley software engineer's salary will probably be close to USD 150,000 only or more based on the person's ability and experience.

The US agency further says that the Indian herculean branches like the TCS, Infosys, and Cognizant use cheap and less skilled labourers for entry-level positions to grab the largest H1-B Visas. The Indian firms, however, had refused to comment anything on the alleged remarks of the US agency.
