What Is High Blood Pressure?

High blood pressure is the force of your blood pushing against the walls of your blood vessels, is consistently high. In order to normalise, tissues and organs need oxygenated blood that circulatory system carries throughout the body. When the heart beats, there is the pressure that pushes blood through entire system – of tube-shaped blood vessels, that includes veins, capillaries, and arteries. However, asanas can work out well in stabilise blood pressure.

1. Sukhasana

Sukhasana is simple and all can do a meditative pose that calms your body and mind. It works on a various nervous system of the body and helps functioning property. It has been proved for alleviating hypertension and helps you controlling blood pressure.   

2. Uttanasana

The Uttanasana is better known as pada Hasthasana which is standing forward bend pose. If you observe it, you can come to the conclusion that it is an anti-gravity pose that can keep the blood circulation system accurately and stabilise circulation system as blood gush to head. Blood flow is normalised and keeps you calm.

3. Adho Mukha Svanasana

The practice of Adho Mukha Svanasana can show you better results for high blood pressure.  This asana was adopted by a stretch of a dog. This asana can improve the efficiency of blood circulation and reduce the stress of fixed position of the body. It allies the high blood pressure and heart will be healthy.

4. Virasana

In order to reduce high blood pressure, virasana is said to be one of the best ways in yoga. When you stretch your chest, there will be proper blood flow in the body. It is usually practised by older people as it can normalise blood pressure.

5. Baddha Konasana

There are various asanas but The Buddha Kosana is usually advised by many doctors as it heals many mental and physical ailments. 6. Supta Padangusthasana

8. Shavasana

Shavasana is curial part in yoga asanas and it makes you feel comfort. Your mind, body and soul will experience serenity. Your heart rate also comes to the normal stage. It recreates your energy and brings down blood pressure.
